Grandeur Residences

Located on the crescent of the Palm Jumeirah, this project is being modeled as the archetypal palaces of Rajasthan. The 232-room Taj Exotica Resort & Spa will be a five-star hotel with the largest spa in the Middle East (Jiva Spa).

The Grandeur Residences will be a luxury residential complex comprise of 200 freehold fully furnished 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments and ten 4-bedroom beach-front villas. The Palm Grandeur is being developed by ETA Star in partnership with the Taj Group of Hotels and is expected to be completed by late 2008 to early 2009.
