Great art pick up where nature ends. The
Lotus has been inspired from the spectacular surroundings
of the site location, the water surrounding it and one of
the most celebrated flowers in the world - The Lotus. A
residential complex in the heart of Business Bay, the architecture
has been motivated by the petals of the Lotus flower and
comprises of four towers on a circular podium with its form
tapering at the bottom and the top.
La Residence at the Lotus is a spectacular 58-storeyed
tower located on an island and is adorned with a grand entrance
and separate lobbies. It is pixilated with solid state lighting
which animates the facade at night and encourages natural
cross ventilation at all times.
