MORE THAN 850 TOWERS, RANGING FROM SIX TO 75 STOREYS IN HEIGHT WILL HOUSE A VARIETY OF BUSINESSES EXPECTED TO EMPLOY AROUND 130,000 PEOPLE.

To be developed in five phases, Commercial City will be Dubai World Central’s business and financial hub and cover an area of around 14.53 million square metres.

More than 850 towers, ranging from six to 75 storeys in height will house a variety of businesses expected to employ around 130,000 people.

The taller blocks on the perimeter of Commercial City will have the views of the Arabian Canal project.

Elegant homes and a cluster of luxury villas are also included in the Master Plan.

Commercial City will also feature 25 hotels ranging from deluxe, through to five-star, four-star and theree-star.

Plots of land are to be sold to leading developers with the approved Dubai World Central Master Plan and design requirements.
